Welcome to Relicx! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relicx mobile application and related website services, operated by Shahriyar (shahriyarlabs@gmail.com). By creating an account or using Relicx, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing Relicx, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and legally competent to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our application.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access full gameplay features, you must log in using a valid Google account via Firebase Authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful account information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at shahriyarlabs@gmail.com.
3. Virtual Currency (Diamonds) & In-App Purchases
Relicx features an in-game virtual economy powered by Diamonds, Pink Diamonds, and Prime VIP Memberships:
- Diamonds can be earned through gameplay (story quizzes, Scout Bot rewards, optional rewarded ads) or purchased via Google Play Billing.
- Pink Diamonds can be earned by watching optional rewarded ads or purchased directly via Google Play Billing.
- Purchased or earned virtual currency holds no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for legal tender, and is non-transferable between accounts.
- All In-App Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. All purchases are final unless required by applicable consumer law.
- We reserve the right to modify virtual currency pricing, earning rates, or item availability at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Rewarded Advertising
Relicx offers optional rewarded video advertisements powered by Google AdMob:
- Voluntary Only: Rewarded ads are entirely optional. You choose to watch a short video ad in exchange for in-game Diamonds. No core feature requires ad viewing.
- Daily Limits: Earning limits apply to rewarded ads to maintain fair gameplay balance (up to 5 Diamond ads and 3 Pink Diamond ads per day).
- No Ad Fraud: You must not use any tools, scripts, VPNs, or automated methods to simulate or manipulate ad views to fraudulently earn virtual rewards. Violations may result in account suspension.
- Ad Data: Google AdMob may collect device data per their Privacy Policy. You may opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
5. User Content & Story Submissions
Players with active Prime VIP access or Story Upload Passes may submit user-authored stories to the Relicx library:
- You retain full ownership of your original text content.
- By submitting, you grant Relicx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, and distribute your stories within the Relicx app ecosystem.
- You confirm that your submitted content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
- You agree not to upload content that is: hate speech, sexually explicit, abusive, defamatory, violent, or otherwise harmful or illegal.
- We reserve the right to remove any story or suspend accounts that violate content standards, without prior notice or compensation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Attempting to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the app code, database, Firebase rules, or API endpoints to gain unauthorized Diamonds, XP, or Premium access.
- Using automated bots, macros, or scripts to automate gameplay outside of the official in-app Scout Bot feature.
- Manipulating rewarded ad views or filing fraudulent in-app purchase chargebacks.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or Relicx staff on any platform.
- Sharing your account with others or operating multiple accounts to exploit gameplay systems.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the app ceases immediately.
- Any accumulated virtual currency or purchased items are forfeited without refund.
- You may appeal a termination decision by contacting us at shahriyarlabs@gmail.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
Relicx is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relicx and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service — including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, game progress, or data.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at shahriyarlabs@gmail.com within 30 days. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of Relicx after updates constitutes acceptance.
